Since a lot are geting sick these days, sharing with you RED’s arsenal when she has colds and cough.
1. SALINASE– we used it in conjunction with the nasal aspirator and for nebulization. We used NSS (also recommended by our pedia) once but Salinase is easier to dispense.
2. BULB NASAL ASPIRATOR– to suck out the mucus and relieve congestion
3. THERMOMETER-to check RED’s body temperature
4. ALCOHOL and SANITIZER– for clean hands and surfaces, because we don’t want to pass on the germs
5.. EUKY BEAR SNIFFLY NOSE ROOM SPRAY– makes the room smelling fresh and helps ease in congestion with eucalyptus. Even without colds, I like spritzing some for that relaxing and spa-smelling room.
6. WATER -At the onset of colds, we just do water therapy.
7. UV CARE DELUXE GERM TERMINATOR– we use this in the room to kill colds-causing viruses and bacteria to ensure no one else would caught he bug. We have the smaller one in our diaper bag, too!
8. NEBULIZER– pedia advise us to nebulize using NSS/Salinase to prevent the mucus from dripping to RED’s lungs which may lead to more severe respiratory illnesses
9. VICK’S BABY RUB– I enjoyed back and chest rubs from my Tatay when I was younger and I like RED to experience that too. Though most of the time we just put it in the soles of her feet.
